Missional Leader Labs

Request MLLC4ML, the Catalyst for Missional Leadership at Biblical Seminary has innovated a process, designed to assist leaders of congregations in transitioning to or deepening their commitment to being mission focused and incarnational in their ministries. The process utilizes monthly clusters of congregational leaders from 6-9 congregations that become a learning community. Great synergy for action and learning is created when leaders from similar contexts compare challenges and possible strategies for action with one another. The process is called Missional Leadership Labs.

The goal is to help leader teams from each ministry envision and innovate congregational life that is intensely mission focused and having a transformational impact on its people and ministry context. The Leadership Lab will help leaders move purposefully forward toward missional vitality. This process is designed to help both the dysfunctional “off mission” church and the congregation that is already engaged in the missional journey but desires to continue striving to reach its full missional and kingdom potential.
